Welcome to Masonboro Watersports. Our mission is to provide enjoyable watersports related experiences in and around Wilmington, NC. This our ninth year of providing watersports rentals and we are providing more experiences each season. Currently, we are renting Hobie Paddle and Mirage drive kayaks as well as SUPATX Stand Up Paddleboards. We also offer sailing lessons on our Laser and Hobie 16 sailboats. We serve the Wilmington area, including Wrightsville beach, Carolina beach, and Masonboro Island. We can deliver kayaks to your front door, or if you prefer we can meet you at any of the public boat ramps in the area.
We specialize in renting the Hobie Mirage Drive kayaks because of their superior design and performance. All of the new 2020 kayaks feature the new Mirage Drive with Kick-Up fins for easy propulsion. We are featuring the 2020 Hobie Tandem Island for a little more thrills! For the die-hard kayak fishermen, the newly redesigned 2020 Hobie Outback makes a great platform for serious hands-free kayak fishing. We also have tandem kayaks so you can bring a friend along.
